Broker Workflow Copilot
A tool that helps producers and account teams generate the briefs, renewal prep notes, and meeting materials they're already creating by hand - faster, more consistently, and with fewer gaps.
The problem
Brokerage work involves a ton of information assembly. You're pulling from emails, prior notes, CRM fields, carrier materials, claims summaries, and whatever institutional knowledge lives in someone's head. Even strong teams lose significant time just collecting and organizing what they already know. I've seen this firsthand across every brokerage operation I've been part of.
What this builds
Given a mock client profile and supporting materials, the copilot produces an account brief, renewal prep notes, meeting prep prompts, and follow-up task suggestions. It's the kind of output people are already creating manually - just faster and more consistent.
MVP scope
- Take a narrow set of mock inputs
- Generate a repeatable account brief template
- Identify missing information
- Suggest questions for renewal or client discussion
- Preserve a visible human-review step before use
Example inputs
- Mock company profile
- Mock lines of coverage
- Prior renewal notes
- Mock claims summary
- Internal meeting notes
Example outputs
- Executive account summary
- Exposure overview
- Renewal timeline checklist
- Open issues and missing data list
- Discussion questions for producer or account manager
Boundaries
This tool drafts. It doesn't replace producer judgment. Client-facing recommendations stay human-owned. There's a clear line between what the system generates and what gets approved for use. Everything runs on mock data.
What's next
Adding a UI for input selection and brief generation, building reusable prompt templates, defining evaluation criteria for usefulness and completeness, and supporting multiple output formats.
